Our factory established in 2005.  After 10 years developing, we started our own import and Export company in 2015.  Our company currently have total 20 staffs. The developing and sales department has 2 staffs.  One is graduated from Suzhou university, major in Materials Engineering (Fabric and textile). Another one is graduated from Donghua university, major in Fashion desgin. Both of them have over 10 years experience in field.  Both of them understand the production and the market. The production department has 17 staffs.  They are experienced staffs.  Most of them have worked with us over 7 years.  Our company is a small size orgnization, which allow us to proceed flexibale and efficient.  We worked for several world famous brands through the trading companies. We also worked directly with some new or mildle size brands on Amazon, overstock, and other online websites.  We sinciely hope to work with more globle buyers and brands.

1. Q: Are you a factory or a trading company? May I visit your company?

A: Sunshine is a factory since 2005.  We do OEM and export through trading companies.  We registered Export and Import right to export directly in 2015. Welcome to visit our company.  We locate in Nantong city which is well-known as the major place of origin of home textile.  It takes 1.5-2 hour driving from Shanghai.

      2. Q: How is the MOQ? Could you accept trial order?

A: As a factory, we always prefer to have order for at least 400sets per color per design.  Though, as a developing company, we understand that the customer has various need for different purpose of sales.  We'd like to help you on that.  Therefore depend on the design, fabric and other production specifications,  we could discuss about the sample order details.  It could be 50 pcs, even 5 pcs, as long as we could find the ready fabric on market, we would like to keep the door open for both of us.  Please contact us, let's try to figure things out.   

      3. Q: If we only  have specification without a ready sample, could you work base on that?

A: Yes we could.  Eventhough we'd prefer a ready sample, we could also work base on the design or specification of the products.  It would take several back and forth for our Developing department to confirm the details with you. And then, we could make final samples base on your requirment.

       4. Q: How do you guarantee the quality? What if we find defects after we paid and received the bulk goods?

A: We do 100% inhouse inspection.  You could make final inspection before shipment, or we accept 3^rd party inspection.   We will try our best to supply great quality goods. Even if you find defects after you paid and received the bulk goods, we will cooperate with you and find a solution, if the defects caused by our mistake, we will compensate and always stand behind our products.
